Went out for an early evening ride -the idea being to clock up the calories and steps
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station and down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
I went through Gower Road to Queens Road and on to Monument Green
I rode down Oatlands to Walton Bridge and looped round Old Shepperton
Then I looped round Shepperton Village back to Walton Bridge
I crossed the river and returned to town on Walton Lane to Portmore Park Road
I rode to the Bourne Estate via Wey Road and Balfour Road
I went by the river to Heath Road and ascended to the station
Finally I rode down Hanger Hill to home
