Yep, visited the circular run again, and tried to beat my best time of 14 minutes, or failing that the last run of 15 minutes (I had ambition!)
The roads were relatively clear so I wasn’t held up by queuing or parking cars, and managed to time the traffic lights in South Road correctly 🙂
It’s still a struggle getting up Oathall Road and Sydney Road, but it’s sure fun whizzing down that long stretch in Oathall Road 🙂
I managed the run in 13 minutes which is a record for me 🙂 but boy do I feel it now.
