Yep, revisited the walk, this time alone with the aim to see how fast I can now walk it.
I walked at a fairly brisk pace and mananged to complete it in 75 minutes 🙂
This is a good walk to keep the metabolism going 🙂
It was cool today but walking briskly soon warmed me up and I soon completed the walk.
Went for a gentle ride on the Newhaven to Seaford cycle path exploring a couple of the tracks that branch off.
Although frosty when we set off, no gloves were required when we unloaded the bikes and went cycling, it was warm and pleasant 🙂
The path is a good all year round track with no mud to slip on.
We rode to the bridge in Seaford where the track ends and to just before the roundabout at Denton.
Overall a nice ride on a decent track, but next time we will take the track further into Newhaven,maybe across the river.
