07/12/2015 The usual winter’s evening Sheppertons loop

Went out for an evening ride on this warm December’s night

I rode up Hanger Hill to the station and down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road

I went through Gower Road to Queens Road and then on to Monument Green

I went down Oatlands to Walton Bridge before looping round Old Shepperton and Shepperton

When I got back to the bridge I picked up Walton Lane and rode to Portmore Park Road

I rode to the Bourne Estate via Wey Road and went on to Heath Road

I ascended to the station and returned home down Hanger Hill

07/12/2015The usual reverse P&G gate / Brooklands heights lunchtime walk

Monday, December 7th, 2015

Went out for a lunchtime walk with Antonia, Natasha, Morgan and Paul

We walked down Brooklands Road to the P&G gate and went through

We went through the Height to cross the river by the museum

Then we walked round to the flats, crossing the river as we went – we were going to go up by the sewage works but the path was blocked by a fallen tree.

Then we passed the flats and walked to Locke King Road

Finally we walked up the road to the office.
