Went out for an evening ride, trying to catch up on last night’s curtailed ride

I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road

I went through Gower road to Queens Road and down to Monument Green

I then descended Oatlands to Walton Bridge and on to Old Shepperton

I then looped round to Shepperton and on to Walton Bridge

I then picked up Walton Lane and went on to Portmore Park Road

I then rode to the Bourne Estate via Wey Road and on to Heath Road

Finally I rode up to the station and then down Hanger Hill to home

Went out for a lunchtime walk with Antonia,

This was a longer walk as I was showing Antonia parts of the area she had not seen before

We walked down Locke King Road to the flats, and then down to the river

After crossing the river we walked besides it crossing under Wellington Way

when we reached the Brooklands Community Park we crossed the river to reach Connaught Drive

We then went through Staniland Drive to the Heights and carried on to the P&G gate

We then passed through the gate to Brooklands Road and returned to the office.
