Went out for a short evening ride noticing that the temps are heading to be more wintry
Rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
Rode through Gower road to Queens Road and on to Monument Green
Whizzed all the way down Oatlands to Walton Bridge
Turned into Walton Lane and rode back to Portmore Park Road
Went round to Heath Road via Wey Road and ascended to the station
Returned home down Hanger Hill
Went out for a short ride at lunchtime, after my lunchtime run
This was to both cool me down and ease my sore legs – well the first part worked
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges to Egerton Road
I went through Gower Road to Queens Road and on to Monument Green
I rode down Monument Hill and through town to reach Heath Rad
I then rode up to the station and returned home down Hanger Hill
Went out for an evening walk to grab some bread and butter from Sainsburys
Walked down Hanger Hill to Monument Green
Crossed the road to Sainsburys and got what I needed.
Walked back the way I had come.
