Then on to the Hairdressers.
After I had my ears lowered we walked back the same way

I walked down Hanger Hill to Monument Green
Then I walked down Monument Hill to Morrisons
I returned in the reverse of the route above.
19/12/2015 Sunbury, Staines, Egham, Longcross, Lyne, Addlestone and home
Saturday, December 19th, 2015Went out for a pre-breakfast ride this wonderful December morning – it felt like a late spring morning 🙂
Rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
Went through Gower Road to Queens Road and on down to Monument Green
Rode down Oatlands to Walton Bridge and headed for Sunbury and the A308
Turned towards Staines and rode to the Laleham turn then I did a staggered left right turn
Carried on to Staines and then turned left to ride to the riverside and head for Egham
At Egham I turned towards Virginia Water and then went on to Longcross where I turned towards Lyne
I rode through Lyne to Addlestone and turned towards New Haw
At New I turned by Tesco to rode past Mercedes and pick up the path to Locke King Road
I went through Lonsdale Road to get the path to the station
Art the station I turned to ride down Hanger Hill to home

Friday, December 18th, 2015Went out for an evening ride, trying to catch up on last night’s curtailed ride
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
I went through Gower road to Queens Road and down to Monument Green
I then descended Oatlands to Walton Bridge and on to Old Shepperton
I then looped round to Shepperton and on to Walton Bridge
I then picked up Walton Lane and went on to Portmore Park Road
I then rode to the Bourne Estate via Wey Road and on to Heath Road
Finally I rode up to the station and then down Hanger Hill to home
18/12/2015 A longer lunchtime walk round the Brooklands Heights area
Friday, December 18th, 2015Went out for a lunchtime walk with Antonia,
This was a longer walk as I was showing Antonia parts of the area she had not seen before
We walked down Locke King Road to the flats, and then down to the river
After crossing the river we walked besides it crossing under Wellington Way
when we reached the Brooklands Community Park we crossed the river to reach Connaught Drive
We then went through Staniland Drive to the Heights and carried on to the P&G gate
We then passed through the gate to Brooklands Road and returned to the office.
17/12/2015 A walk down to Morrisons and back
Thursday, December 17th, 2015Went out for a quick walk down to Morrisons for some shopping
Walked down Hanger Hill to Monument Green
Walked down Monument Hill to the Monument and Morrisons
After shopping, and sobbing because no Giant Warburton’s Crumpets :-(, I returned home the way I had come.

We walked down Locke King Road to Lonsdale Road
Then we walked to John Cobb Road
Then we walked to Locke King Road
Finally we walked back up to the office.

Thursday, December 17th, 2015Went out for an evening ride, unfortunately a short one as it started raining
Rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
Rode through Gower Road to Queens Road
Went down to Monument Green as the rain started
Decided to curtail the ride and return home so rode back up Hanger Hill to home
16/12/2015 Chertsey, Longcross, Chobham, Woking, Byfleet and home
Wednesday, December 16th, 2015Went out for a morning ride to blow away the cobwebs gathered yesterday
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down Heath Road to the Chertsey Road
When I reached Chertsey I rode through to St Anns Hill and ascended the harder right hand side.
When I got back on the main road I crossed the motorway then turned right to ride to Longcross
I continued to Chobham and then followed the signs for Woking
At woking I picked up the Basingstoke Canal Tow-path and rode to Byfleet
At Byfleet I returned to the A245 and rode to Brooklands Road
I ascended to the station then rode down Hanger Hill to home
14/12/2015 The usual Evening Winter Sheppertons loop
Monday, December 14th, 2015Went out for my now customary Winter Evening Sheppertons loop
Rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
Went through Gower Road to Queens Road and on to Monument Green
Rode down Oatlands to Walton Bridge and crossed the river
Looped round Old Shepperton the Shepperton to return to Walton Bridge
Picked up Walton Lane and rode round to enter Portmore Park Road
Rode the Bourne Estate via Wey Road then pedalled by the river to Heath Road
Ascened to the station then went down Hanger Hill to home
