Went out for my first ride post suffering from the flu – the legs were not impressed with the idea
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Queens Road
I then rode to Seven Hills Road and on to the A245, where I turned towards Cobham
At the A3 I picked up the cycle Path and rode to the M25 junction
Here I used the traffic lights to go round the roundabout to carry on the cycle path by the A3
After negotiating broken glass and fallen branches I reached Ripley and turned towards Pyrford
I rode through via Woking to Byfleet and turned towards Chertsey
I rode to Chertsey via Addlestone and headed for the bridge
After crossing the river I rode to Docket Eddy Lane then rode by the river
I then went through Old Shepperton and went to Walton Bridge
I crossed the river and picked up Walton Lane which I rode back to town
I then rode round Portmore Park Road to pick up Heath Road
I ascended to the station then rode down Hanger Hill to home
