Went for a swift walk down to Tescos and back
I walked down Hanger Hill to Pine Grove
I then walked won to Queens Road via Princes Road and reached the shop
When I came out I walked along Queens Road to York Road
I now walked round to reach another part of Princes Road
When I reached Hanger Hill I walked up the hill to get back home
Went out for an afternoon ride aiming to build up the leg muscles
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
I rode through Gower Road to Queens Road and down to Monument Green
I went down Oatlands to Walton Bridge and turned into Walton Lane
I rode the lane back to Portmore Park Road and went round to Wey Road
I turned up Heath Road and ascended to the station then turned down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
I rode through Gower Road to Queens Road and down to Monument Green

I turned into Balfour Road and rode to the Bourne Estate before riding by the river
I then turned up Heath Road and ascended to the station then turned down St Georges Avenue to Queens Road
I rode down to Monument Green then gave it the beans riding up Hanger Hill to home
Went out for a quick lunchtime walk with Morgs
We walked down Locke King road to Lonsdale Road
Then we walked to John Cobb Road
We then walked to Locke King Road
Finally we walked back up to the office.
