Went out for a swift ride to make sure my lights are set correctly now autumn is approaching
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Road to Queens Road
I now rode past the cricket pitch and down Monument Hill to the High Street
I rode through to Heath Road and ascended to the station
Finally I rode down Hanger hill to home
Went out for an afternoon walk to clock up my daily ration of steps
I walked up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
I then went through Gower Road to Queens Road and on to York Road
I went through to Oatlands and then down Grotto Road to Thames Street and thence to Jessamy Road
I went onto the island and picked up the towpath which I plodded along to the old bridge
I then walked to Heath Road and ascended to the station
Finally I walked home down Hanger Hill
