27/09/2016 a swift ride round town to crucify a few calories :-)

Went out for an evening ride to munch a few calories

I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road

I went through Gower Road to Queens Road and down to the cricket pitch

I went down Monument Hill to the High Street and rode through to heath Road

I ascended to the station then rode down Hanger Hill to home

27/08/2016 A walk around town including, yes you’ve guessed it, the tow path :-)

Went out for an afternoon walk after work

I walked up Hanger Hill to the station then down Heath Road to the old bridge

I crossed the river and picked up the tow path

I then walked to the Thames Lock and crossed to make my way to Jessamy Road

Now I walked along Thames Street to Grotto Road and up to Oatlands

I crossed to York Road and walked through to Queens Road

I walked up to Princes Road and then on to Pine Grove

Now I walked to Hanger Hill and then up the hill to home
