Went out to get my hair cut – a walk that was not welcomed by my legs after this morning’s ride
I walked down Hanger Hill to Pine Grove and on to Princes Road
I reached queens Road and walked to the barbers
Once shorn I walked along Queens Road to the cricket pitch
Finally I walked up Hanger Hill to home.
Went out for a morning ride, time to clock a few miles up 🙂
I rode down Hanger Hill and through town to pick up Balfour Road
I then went to Addlestone and Chobham to West End where I turned towards Guildford
I rode through Bisley and Worplesdon to the outskirts of Guildford and picked up the A3
I now headed for Esher and turned off at Wisley to head for Ockham
From here I went to Cobham and headed through Stoke D’abernon
I rode through Oxshott and headed for Esher then at Hersham I headed to Walton
I went through Walton to pick up Walton Lane and rode to Monument Hill
Now the legs were getting stroppy and throwing their toys out of the pram with bouts of cramp!
I rode up Monument Hill and then up Hanger Hill to home
My weight loss for the week was a massive 0.1kg !
