10/05/2017 The Elgin Road loop then down to the Churchfields Lights and home

Went out for an evening run, my first of the year 🙂

I ran up Hanger Hill to Elgin Road then along to Heath Road

Now I ran up to the station and turned into Hanger Hill

I now ran down Hanger Hill to the pedestrian lights by Churchfields Avenue and crossed the road

Finally I ran back up Hanger Hill to home

This was my first proper run of the year and had a couple of stops for a breather and for headphone cabling issues – the aim is to cut those stops out, still I was happy ffor a mile to be covered in under 10 minutes 🙂

Addlestone, Ottershaw, Sheerwater, Byfleet and home

Went out for an afternoon ride, the aim was to locate a place for Iren – Langtons

I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down Heath Road to the Old Bridge

I picked up the Chertsey Road and went to Addlestone, and rode through the town

I carried on to Ottershaw and then turned to ride towards Woking

After stopping to make sure I had found Langtons I carried on past McLarens to Sheerwater

Here I rode the A245 on to West Byfleet then Byfleet

I turned off the road as there were queues and headed for the Heights passing Tescos and Brooklands

I then rode Wellington Way to Brooklands Road and ascended to the station

Finally I rode down Hanger Hill to home

10/05/2017 The Usual lunchtime wander round the Heights

Went out for a lunchtime walk with Chaoying, Adam and Paul

We walked down Brooklands Road to the P & G Gate

Then we walked down through the Heights,

Then we went to cross the river by the museum

we then walked to the path up by the sewage works crossing the river again

At the other end of the path we turned into Locke King Road and walked back to the office
