Went out for a swift walk to the post box and back
I walked down Hanger Hill to the post box just after Pine Grove
After posting the letter I walked back the way I had come.

Thursday, May 18th, 2017Went out for a lunchtime walk with Chaoying,
We walked down Brooklands road to the P&G gate and on through the Heights
We then went through to the housing estate and crossed the river
Now we walked to the roundabout where the little Concorde is and turned towards MB World
We went past the MB tracks,headed for the bridge and the path up past the sewage works

After that path we went to Locke King Road and returned to the office.
