Went out for an evening run, my third of the year 🙂
I ran up Hanger Hill to Elgin Road then along to Heath Road
Now I ran up to the station and turned into Hanger Hill
I now ran down Hanger Hill to the pedestrian lights by Churchfields Avenue and crossed the road
Finally I ran back up Hanger Hill to home
I aimed to beat last weeks time – for the whole run I was 38 seconds quicker.
Went out for an evening walk with Iren
We walked down Hanger Hill to pick up the path just past Pine Grove
We took this to come out by the Church at the bottom of Heath Road
Now we walked to the Old Bridge and picked up the towpath
We walked about 1/2 way then walked back to the old bridge
We crossed the river and walked to Heath Road
We ascended to Elgin Road and walked through to return home via Hanger Hill
Went for an afternoon ride to the Post Office then to Walton Bridge
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down Heath Road to the Post Office
Now I rode through the High Street cutting through Elmgrove & Oakdale roads to Portmore Park Road
I now rode to Thames Street and then on to Walton Lane where I headed for the bridge
At the bridge I then rode to Oatlands Drive and ascended to Oatlands Chase
I turned into Oatlands Avenue and rode to Queens Road then turning into Prince’s Road
Now I took Pine Grove through to Hanger Hill and home
