Went for a walk down to Morrisons for some coffee
I walked down Hanger hill to the cricket pitch
Then I walked down Monument Hill to the store
After shopping I returned back the way I had came.

Wednesday, May 24th, 2017Went down to Screwfix in an abortive attempt to buy some bulbs
Computer says yes, but stock level says no ! ho hum !
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down Heath Road to the Old Bridge
I crossed the river to reach the Bourne Estate and Screwfix
After kicking my heals whilst the assistants hunted I rode back to the old bridge
I crossed the river to reach Heath Road and ascended to the station
finally I rode down Hanger Hill to home
24/05/2017 Evening ride through Shepperton to Chertsey and back home
Wednesday, May 24th, 2017Went out for the usual evening ride in the late afternoon
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
I rode through Gower Road to Queens Road then down to Oatlands Avenue
I rode down past the school to Queens Road and turned to ride to Walton
I rode through the town to Walton Bridge, through Shepperton, and carried on to Chertsey Bridge
I crossed the river and headed past the town to the Thorpe Road
I then turned into Chilsea Green Road and carried on through Eastworth Road
I now headed for Addlestone and Woburn Hill which was duly ridden over
Now I headed for Heath Road and ascended to the station before riding home down Hanger Hill
24/05/2017 The Usual lunchtime wander round the Heights
Wednesday, May 24th, 2017Went out for a lunchtime walk with Chaoying
We walked down Brooklands Road to the P & G Gate
Then we walked down through the Heights,
Then we went to cross the river by the museum
we then walked to the path up by the flats crossing the river again
At the other end of the path we turned into Locke King Road and walked back to the office

Monday, May 22nd, 2017Went out for an evening run, my third of the year 🙂
I ran up Hanger Hill to Elgin Road then along to Heath Road
Now I ran up to the station and turned into Hanger Hill
I now ran down Hanger Hill to the pedestrian lights by Churchfields Avenue and crossed the road
Finally I ran back up Hanger Hill to home
I aimed to beat last weeks time – for the whole run I was 38 seconds quicker.

Monday, May 22nd, 2017Went out for an evening walk with Iren
We walked down Hanger Hill to pick up the path just past Pine Grove
We took this to come out by the Church at the bottom of Heath Road
Now we walked to the Old Bridge and picked up the towpath
We walked about 1/2 way then walked back to the old bridge
We crossed the river and walked to Heath Road
We ascended to Elgin Road and walked through to return home via Hanger Hill
22/05/2017 Post Office and Reverse Walton Bridge ride
Monday, May 22nd, 2017Went for an afternoon ride to the Post Office then to Walton Bridge
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down Heath Road to the Post Office
Now I rode through the High Street cutting through Elmgrove & Oakdale roads to Portmore Park Road
I now rode to Thames Street and then on to Walton Lane where I headed for the bridge
At the bridge I then rode to Oatlands Drive and ascended to Oatlands Chase
I turned into Oatlands Avenue and rode to Queens Road then turning into Prince’s Road
Now I took Pine Grove through to Hanger Hill and home

Monday, May 22nd, 2017Went out for a lunchtime walk with Chaoying & Paul,
We walked down Brooklands road to the Roundabout, and on along Wellington Way
We then went through to the housing estate and crossed the river
Now we walked to the roundabout where the little Concorde is and turned towards MB World
We went past the MB tracks,headed for the bridge and the path up past the sewage worksAfter that path we went to Locke King Road and returned to the office.

21/05/2017 Longcross, Chobham, Pyrford, Ockham, Cobham, Esher and home
Sunday, May 21st, 2017Went out for a longer morning ride
Rode up Hanger Hill to the station and down Heath Road to pick up the Chertsey Road
Cycled over Woburn Hill to the Addlestone Moor and roundabout and headed for Addlestone
Turned into Green Lane to ride to Lyne and on to Longcross where I headed for Chobham
Headed for Sheerwater and West Byfleet where I turned for Pyrford the Ripley
Carried on to Ockham, through Martyr’s Green to Cobham and headed for Stoke D’Abernon
Here I turned for Oxshott and carried on to Esher where I then headed for Walton via Hersham
Passed Walton and headed for town and Queens Road
I then picked up Monument hill And the High Street on the way to Heath Road
I ascended to the station and returned home down Hanger Hill
