Went out for a warmer afternoon walk (it were pigging cold when I rode in the morning)
I walked down Hanger Hill to the cricket pitch and into Oatlands
Then I walked to Grotto Road and down to Thames Street
I turned into Portmore Park Road and took the path to the towpath
Once on the towpath I walked to the Old Bridge and Heath Road
I ascended to the station then strolled home down Hanger Hill
Went out for a chilly ride this morning, Thermal trousers worked great, teeshirt otherwise !
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down Heath Road to pick up Balfour Road
I cycled to the Addlestone turn then rode through to Ottershaw and headed for Woking
At Sheerwater I turned for West Byfleet and then turned towards Pyrford
I carried on to Wisley, crossed the A3 and then went to Ockham
I rode through to Cobham and then picked up the A245 which I rode all the way to the Brooklands Road turn
I ascended both hills to reach the station then returned home down Hanger Hill
I can honestly say a teeshirt is not a substitute for a base layer, I’m off to sit in the freezer and defrost me tits!
