Went out for a quick ride on this Halloween night
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue
I then turned into Queens Road and went down to the cricket pitch
I rode down Monument Hill to the High Street and on the Heath Road
I ascended to the station and returned home down Hanger Hill
Went out for a swift afternoon walk checking out a possible running route
I walked up Hanger Hill to Elgin Road
I then walked to Heath Road
Then I walked down Hanger Hill to home
Went out for a lunchtime walk with Choaying, Natasha, and Paul
We walked down Brooklands Road to the P & G Gate
Then we walked down through the Heights to cross the river by the museum
we then walked to the path up by the flats crossing the river again
At the other end of the path we turned into Locke King Road and walked back to the office
