Went out for an afternoon walk in the early evening
I walked down Hanger Hill to the cricket pitch
I then walked down Monument Hill to the high Street
I then walked to Heath Road and ascended to the station
I now returned home down Hanger Hill just as the light began to fade
Went out for an early evening ride looping round town to clock up a few calories on Heath Road
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Queens Road
I rode to the cricket pitch then down monument Hill to the High Street
I went across to Heath Road and ascended to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Queens Road

Went out for a lunchtime walk with Choaying,
We walked down Brooklands Road to the P & G Gate
Then we walked down through the Heights and past the museum
We then walked to the path up by the flats crossing the river again as we went
At the other end of the path we turned into Locke King Road and walked up to the office
