Went out for an evening ride to keep the old legs spinning – the roads were clogged with traffic
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Queens Road
I rode then to the cricket pitch and turned into Hanger to ride to the station
I then rode down St Georges Avenue to Queens Road and on to Oatlands Road
I rode down to Oatlands Chase and then rode to Oatlands Drive
I rode to the cricket pitch and then up Hanger Hill to home.
Went out for an evening walk after dinner
I walked down Hanger Hill to the cricket pitch
I then walked down Monument Hill to the High Street
Then I walked across town to Heath Road
Then I ascended to the station and returned home down Hanger Hill
Went out for a lunchtime walk with Choaying,
We walked down Brooklands Road to the P & G Gate
Then we walked down through the Heights to cross the river by the museum
we then walked to the path up by the flats crossing the river again
At the other end of the path we turned into Locke King Road and walked back to the office
